The Prefabrication Process
The construction process for a TMT-inclusive prefabricated structure shifts most labor-intensive work away from the site:
Design & Engineering: Engineers use advanced software (like CAD,STADD PRO.) to create detailed designs and a Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), calculating every component's exact dimensions and materials.
Factory Fabrication: Steel components, including TMT stirrups, structural frames, and wall panels, are manufactured in a controlled factory setting using automated, high-precision machinery. This includes cutting, bending, welding, and applying protective coatings.
Quality Control: Every component undergoes stringent quality checks in the factory to ensure it meets exact specifications and relevant building codes.
Transportation: The finished, large components are shipped to the site.
On-Site Assembly (Erection): The components are quickly assembled and bolted together on the prepared foundation, significantly reducing construction time
